If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival in order to self-isolate, you’ll be able to use your payment for a future reservation. In the event of a lockdown, we will refund your payment in full.
Accessibility: The Cottage and Apartments 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor. The rest of our apartments are arranged over the 1st and 2 floor with no access to a lift. If you have mobility issues and are unsure if our apartments would be suitable, please ring our Central Reservations team on 0345 241 1133 who would be happy to answer any questions.
Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs into our apartments and cottage at an additional charge of £10 per night, per dog. If you are booking your room online please mention you are bringing your dog/s in the booking notes. Please note, dogs are not allowed on Polzeath Beach between Easter and 1st October.
Parking: We have a car park which is free of charge to all guests staying in our accommodation. Please register your car upon check in.
Check in/Out: You can check in anytime from 3pm, please collect your key from the bar. We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.
T&Cs: Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.
A 25% deposit will be taken on booking, this is refundable up to 28 days prior to arrival. If cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of arrival no further charges will be incurred, if you cancel later than this, then you will be charged in full. In case of a no show the total price of your reservation will be charged. A different deposit amount, cancellation charges and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
